The challenge

AXIS needed to bring its handling of personal data fully in line with the GDPR and Spanish data-protection law (LOPD).

Data-protection compliance is not a single document: it requires understanding what personal data an organisation holds, where the risks are, and which controls and procedures need to exist — and keep working — to stay compliant.

What we did

We carried out a data-protection assessment across the organisation, mapping how personal data was collected, stored and processed.

From there we identified and mitigated the risks, and implemented the security controls and procedures needed to safeguard personal data — leaving AXIS with practices it can sustain, not just paperwork.

The outcome

AXIS handles personal data in line with the GDPR and LOPD, with controls and procedures in place that keep the organisation compliant and audit-ready.
