The challenge

Arxlight, a film and animation production company, needed a reliable, collaborative workspace for its team.

Production work involves constant collaboration — schedules, assets, communication — and the tooling behind it has to simply work, without the studio dedicating its own time to running it.

What we did

We implemented Google Workspace for Arxlight, setting up accounts, mail and collaboration tools around the way the team actually works.

We also provide ongoing management — user lifecycle, configuration and support — so the platform stays healthy without the studio having to operate it.

The outcome

Arxlight's team collaborates on a dependable platform that we keep running, so the studio's attention stays on production.
